We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Custom Jewellery Designs. That is why we offer an easy, hassle-free7-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (minus gift packaging charges, if any) within 7 days of the original shipping date. Upon receipt of your return, items are inspected for signs of wear or damage. If accepted, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Warranty Information
We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewellery against manufacturing defects and workmanship. however, if there are any issues outside of this period, please feel free to contact us at +61449924402 and we will see if we can assist with the issue. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized Custom jewellery designs representative.
Our dedicated Quality Assurance Team inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high-quality piece.
